Missy DeSouza

Missy DeSouza, Dartmouth class of 2008, has a biology major with a theatre minor. She is Vice President of DartHeart and though she moved away from Dartmouth, her work on the board remains: to continue our support and growth at her alma mater and to expand our vision to other colleges and universities across the country. She believes that there is a need for support and resources for students who have been through traumatic events. Missy works with DartHeart to provide those things and to educate other potential supporters about post traumatic stress.

Deirdre Sutula

Deirdre Sutula is a member of the class of 2010, an Environmental Studies major, and a DartHeart Board Member. Deirdre wants to help further understand and meet the individualized needs of those who suffer from post traumatic stress. She is a trained crisis line responder and victim advocate, and volunteers for a local domestic violence shelter, and she is legally able to maintain confidentiality. She enjoys working with the support group and counseling aspects of DartHeart and hopes that she can share the strength she has found with other students.

A. Driscoll

Alicia Driscoll

Alicia joined the board of DartHeart in the winter of 2008. Her involvement in the organization has provided DartHeart with an even stronger support network on campus and in the surrounding community. Alicia contributes to DartHeart through public speaking events and by enhancing the HOPE Mentorship Program with the tools she has developed for recovery combined with current research on post traumatic stress reduction techniques. At Dartmouth, Alicia is also a SAPA (Sexual Assault Peer Advisor) and a member of the newly formed Sexual Assault Advisory Board.

Greg Agron

Greg, a member of the Dartmouth class of 2011, joined the board in the winter of 2010. He is looking forward to his new position on the board and welcomes the chance to expand DartHeart's network.
