Second Time Foster Child

We really enjoyed reading Toni's book, Second Time Foster Child. It's about a boy with PTSD who is denied treatment that he is entitled to receive through Medicaid as part of his adoption. At times, it was certainly eye-opening and yet tragically familiar at others.
