Tips
Our Two Cents for Free! DartHeart members have developed stress reduction tips for survivors and a list of common survivor issues that can be customized by each campus group within the peer support network. We also offer tip sheets to a variety of individuals and organizations that interact with students who have post traumatic stress. These tips are based on our personal experience and the information we have gathered while working with other survivors in campus groups.

ENDORSEMENTS!
"I keep copies of the 'Tips for Educators' with me in my travels to satellite clinics and schools. I have used the document several times and find it very helpful. I have also shared DartHeart's tips with teachers who like myself find it useful when working with students or teenagers who react in different ways to stress. One of the hardest things that students deal with is not only the event but also how others react to them and how to interpret their own feelings. These tips allow me to better help students understand and react to their own feelings after trauma. Thank you for the information."
